Alan Ladwiniec is the Associate Facilities Director at the UCSF Medical Center at Parnassus Heights where he is responsible along with a facilities management team in developing maintenance protocols, policy, and procedures for the Medical Center enterprise. He is responsible for day-to-day management of unionized trades groups to achieve preventative and on-going maintenance standards. Prior to working at the Medical Center, Alan worked in the biotech industry where he oversaw day to day maintenance operations. Alan holds an Engineering Degree from Cogswell Polytechnical College and a Master's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Golden Gate University.
