Alan Ladwiniec is the Associate Facilities Director at the UCSF Medical Center at Parnassus Heights where he is responsible along with a facilities management team in developing maintenance protocols, policy, and procedures for the Medical Center enterprise. He is responsible for day-to-day management of unionized trades groups to achieve preventative and on-going maintenance standards. Prior to working at the Medical Center, Alan worked in the biotech industry where he oversaw day to day maintenance operations. Alan holds an Engineering Degree from Cogswell Polytechnical College and a Master's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Golden Gate University.

Julio Rosales began his career as an electrician and electrical contractor in 1991, building a strong foundation in the trade. In 2000, he joined UC Davis as an electrician and, in 2002, transferred to UCSF Health. By 2008, Julio advanced to Assistant Supervisor/Lead Electrician, where he provided leadership and technical expertise to the electrical team. In 2019, he transitioned into management as Facilities Supervisor, overseeing all trades and ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of UCSF Health facilities. With more than 30 years of experience, Julio is committed to supporting the mission of UCSF Health and fostering an environment where patients, staff, and visitors can thrive.

 

Tim Tenorio

Tim Tenorio is the Chief Engineer at Parnassus, a position he has held since 2019. In this role, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the Stationary Engineers team and ensures the optimal performance and reliability of the facility’s mechanical systems. Before his promotion, Tim served as Assistant Chief Engineer at UCSF for five years. His earlier experience includes roles at Dignity Health and as a 3rd Engineer sailing with the Marine Engineers’ Beneficial Association (M.E.B.A.). Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering Technology from the California Maritime Academy.

Assistant Chief Engineer at UCSF Medical Center, with a career path that began as a Journeyman Engineer in 2017. Currently leading efforts on the construction of the new Helen Diller Hospital at UCSF’s Parnassus campus, with a focus on operational excellence and advancing healthcare infrastructure. Guided by UCSF Health’s True North Pyramid and PRIDE Values, Steven Chiang is committed to fostering safety, quality, and service while upholding professionalism, respect, integrity, diversity, and excellence in every aspect of his work.

 

Arwin Delos Reyes

Arwin Delos Reyes started his career at UCSF Parnassus as a Utility Engineer in 2017. With UCSF’s partnership with Local 39 Apprenticeship Engineering program, Arwin was promoted in 2018 to take on a 4-year apprenticeship program to educate and develop his skills to operate, repair, and maintain various types of machinery and equipment within the UCSF Medical Center Facilities. He graduated from Local 39 apprenticeship program in 2021 and was promoted to Journeyman Engineer. In 2022, Arwin was promoted to Assistant Chief Engineer, supporting Facilities leadership in daily tasks of promoting UCSF True North and PRIDE values within the facilities department.

Francisco Pamintuan

Francisco Pamintuan has been promoted to an Assistant Chief Engineer at UCSF Parnassus. His background on this journey was he received his Diploma and certificates at Wilke Barre, PA as a tech apprentice from Gas Consumer Service along with HVAC and auto mechanical training at Sequoia Institute automotive with 20 plus years of experience. He had since then joined Local 39 in 2004 and became a Stationary Engineer. He came to work at UCSF Medical Center in 2019. His dedication and finding ways to improve his skills have excelled and advanced in his career. Francisco is committed to working with the team in the medical facilities to run, support, and maintain the infrastructure. Ensuring safety, maintenance, and efficient functioning of the facility.

 

Lazare Gubeladze

With a strong background in technical systems and construction coordination, Lazare offers more than seven years of diverse professional experience. His career began with hands-on fire alarm work, expanded through his role as a Journeyman Engineer, and grew further in Construction Coordination—developing a well-rounded MEP expertise for hospital systems and operations.

Currently, Lazare serves as one of two lead Facilities supports for the new Helen Diller Hospital construction project at UCSF Parnassus Heights, where he leads coordination efforts to align design, infrastructure, and operational requirements for this transformative initiative.
