Alan Ladwiniec is the Associate Facilities Director at the UCSF Medical Center at Parnassus Heights and Mt. Zion where he is responsible along with a facilities management team in developing maintenance protocols, policy, and procedures for the Medical Center enterprise. He is responsible for day-to-day management of unionized trades groups to achieve preventative and on-going maintenance standards. Prior to working at the Medical Center, Alan worked in the biotech industry where he oversaw day to day maintenance operations. Alan holds an Engineering Degree from Cogswell Polytechnical College and a Master's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Golden Gate University.

Eric Robertson is the Chief Engineer at UCSF Medical Center at Mount Zion. He began his career as a utility engineer at UCSF Medical Center at Mission Bay in 2017. His technical background and previous experience with fire alarm systems earned him an expedited role as journeyperson. He became a trusted Stationary Engineer showcasing natural skills in problem solving and leadership. Eric completed his undergraduate at San Francisco State University and received a Master of Science in Transportation and Engineering Management from California State University Maritime Academy. Committed to best practices, efficiency, and developing organizational culture, he applies his LEED Green Associate and Lean Six Sigma credentials toward every facet of engineering.
